SkyFlip プライバシーポリシー

morichan1（以下「開発者」）は、モバイルアプリ「SkyFlip」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末識別子、広告識別子、利用状況、診断情報その他の個人データを取得、送信、販売、共有しません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、表示・操作設定、ゲーム成績、途中のゲーム状態を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらの情報は開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。成績はアプリの設定画面からリセットでき、すべての端末内データはアプリを削除することで削除できます。
3. アカウント、広告、第三者サービス
本アプリはアカウント登録、広告、行動追跡、分析サービス、アプリ内課金を使用しません。
4. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは個人データを取得しないため、子どもを含む利用者の個人データを意図的に収集しません。
5. ポリシーの変更
機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページの施行日を更新して告知します。

morichan1 ("Developer") provides the SkyFlip mobile application ("App").
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, including names, email addresses, location, device or advertising identifiers, usage data, or diagnostics.
2. Information stored on your device
Display and control preferences, game statistics, and unfinished game state are stored only on your device. This information is not transmitted to a Developer server. Statistics can be reset in the App's settings, and all local App data can be removed by uninstalling the App.
3. Accounts, advertising, and third-party services
The App does not use account registration, advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics services, or in-app purchases.
4. Children's privacy
Because the App does not collect personal data, the Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users.
5. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page.
